Founded in 2011, Dolphin Fire Group, Inc.(“Dolphin Fire”) is a Philippine-based holding company with investments in South East Asia. Led by professionals that have extensive media and investment experience both locally and internationally, Dolphin Fire’s DNA lies in identifying specific areas of the media and entertainment ecosystem that have significant growth potential and that can benefit from the collective experience, funding and insight of its Brain Trust. Dolphin Fire aims to identify nascent opportunities and incubators as well as possible turn-around opportunities for its portfolio of investments both in the Philippines and overseas. It envisions creating a synergistic complement of operating companies that are strong and profitable individually but become an even more potent group when linked across the various lines of business. SUBSIDIARIES and AFFILIATES The Company currently has investments in Rappler, Inc, a social news network based in the Philippines. It is also the majority owner of Bente Siete Bente Design, Inc.(Flux Design Labs) which has offices in Manila and in New York.
