C’est ici que nous avons choisi de faire revivre un terroir d’exception, renommé pour la qualité de ses vins. Conduit en Agriculture Biologique depuis 2020, il s’étend sur 9 parcelles couvrant trois appellations : « Madargue », « Côtes d’Auvergne » et « IGP Puy De Dôme ».
