Après plus de 20 ans en poste dans différents domaines renommés en Alsace, nous avons eu, avec Florence, la chance d’acquérir 3,5 hectares de vigne et ainsi de créer un domaine à notre image. Nous cultivons en agriculture biologique et biodynamique. Nous portons une attention particulière au vivant car — oui, même si cela peut paraître redondant — le vin se fait dans la vigne.
