Our Law Firm focuses on the defense of clients in criminal investigations and legal proceedings, including the Jury Court. With a multidisciplinary and modern profile, we advise companies in criminal investigations and international cooperation procedures in white-collar matters. In addition, we have full experience as a Prosecution Assistant and in coordinating highly complex internal investigations on anti-corruption matters (FCPA). Our Founding-Partner, Gabriel Domingues, is a lawyer with 15 years of experience in the criminal field and with training at the best Brazilian and foreign universities. He gained experience in the best law firms in the country like Demarest Advogados. He is a Member of the - Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense. Bachelor of Laws from the renowned Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), specializing in Economic Criminal Law, Federal Crimes, Tax Evasion Offenses and Money Laundering. Fouding partner holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ, where he presented a dissertation on Crimes against the Stock Markets (Brazilian Law nº 6,385, of 1976). In 2016 he participated in Germany in the Summer Program for International Criminal Law at the University of Göttingen-Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. In 2017, by appointment of the Attorney General (Ordinance No. 877), he was appointed as Chief Adviser to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF), when he temporarily graduated from law and acted exclusively in federal crimes and international prosecutions.
