Domus Job was founded in May 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when quarantine was the main ally in combating the pandemic. We saw our lives change dramatically, when on a Friday we were at the company working normally and the following Monday we were 100% home office. This new normal experienced by us in our work environments motivated us to create a tool that centralized home office job offers. Given our background in computing, we were eager to create a solution that combines technology and globalization, to help companies find new employees in an easy, fast and agile way, and to help as many people find their work as home office and have more time and quality of life. Domus Job is not focused on robots or machines, but on the biggest asset that a company can have: people. Our mission is to intensify and transform remote work into culture, in Brazil and in the world.
