Don Chow Tacos has contributed to reinventing cuisine in the City of Angels – and made it mobile. The savory goodness of our “Chino-meets-Latino” fusion cuisine blends the best of Chinese and Mexican flavors. Kung Pao Chicken Tacos and sweet ‘n’ smoky Chinese BBQ Pork Burritos are just a few menu stand-outs. And we’re especially proud of our Chimales – meat-stuffed masa wrapped in corn husks and steamed. Carne Asada Chow Fun is another popular treat. All of our food is prepared, cooked to order, and served straight from our truck. Don Chow’s crosses the freeways of LA and Orange County, setting up and satisfying fusion cravings at private events, nightclubs, and office buildings.
