Over 15 years of experience in coaching individuals on stress, personal productivity and burnout. Navigating the challenges of a stressful world can be daunting. However, by gaining self-awareness and understanding, we can mediate these challenges and allow our strengths to shine. Burnout no longer has to be a constant struggle. Following a successful career in the corporate world as an engineer and manager I realised that I wasn't finding fulfilment in my work. It was an environment I was struggling with. This led me to retrain and embark on a new path. As a late identified autistic I have gained a deep understanding of my own life and experiences, particularly in the corporate world and as self-employed.
