Land We are continually seeking and assessing new land opportunities throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire and are interested in all types of land ventures, with or without planning permission. Our experienced team specialises in land without planning permission and works with land owners to bring their land through the complex planning system, be it greenfield land, previously developed, or a conversion opportunity. Since our establishment we have completed a large array of developments, ranging from town centre apartments, to major urban extensions.
