We conduct Donor Experience Assessments using our proprietary Donor Experience Survey administered directly to their donors. Most nonprofits do not have the bandwidth nor funding to search out new donor after new donor. We provide nonprofits with a way to assess donor experience, a critical precursor to donor attrition that is often overlooked in the continuum between donor acquisition and donor attrition.
