Our peer-to-peer rental platform connects departing tenants, apartment seekers & landlords to eliminate brokers and provide a better moving experience for everyone. Departing Tenants get paid an average rent refund of $1,191 for helping their landlords find new tenants; Apartment Seekers get more personal tours directly from tenants who are moving out and find their new apartment without paying broker fees; Landlords save money by decreasing vacancy time between tenants. Some of our partnered landlords include Stellar Management, A&E, First Service Residential and Bushburg Properties.
