Dorad Energy

Dorad power station is Israel's inaugural private combined-cycle facility, with a production capacity of approximately 860 MW. Commencing commercial operations in 2014, the power plant stands situated in the southern industrial hub of Ashkelon. Fueled by natural gas, it adheres rigorously to the most stringent legal and environmental regulations. Ownership of the power plant is structured as follows: Eilat-Ashkelon Infrastructure Services Company Ltd - 37.5%, Zorlu Energy - 25%, U. Dori Energy - 18.75%, Edelcom - 18.75%. Dorad exclusively channels all electricity generated to industrial plants, commercial entities, and domestic customers.
