In the early 1990’s, Steve Dorman printed the words “Go Hard or Go Home” on the back of some t-shirts. This philosophy has stuck with many of his longtime employees; reminding us to turn adversity into a positive situation, to find solutions instead of setbacks, and to focus on teamwork, commitment, and resolve. To quote Steve, “This company has built its foundation upon the philosophical principals of honesty, fairness, teamwork and commitment for every project, from conception to completion.”
