The vision of Dorset FA is to Inspire positive change in Dorset communities by using the power of football to tackle inequalities and improve the health of the county. Our mission is to be recognised as an organisation which promotes and governs football in partnership with our stakeholders, delivered to create a fun, safe and inclusive environment in Dorset. We aim to achieve this in line with our values of being: Approachable, Supportive, Passionate, Innovative, Respectful, Engaging. We are responsible for the administration and development of grassroots football on behalf of the Football Association and as you will see, have access to thousands of people on a weekly basis in promoting football and look to reinvest any surplus income in developing the game. In addition to habitants of Dorset, we also have visitors to our ground from across the region, playing football as part of the Junior Premier League and through the FA National league system both male and female. Development of grassroots football and beyond is at the heart of everything that we do.
