Overview: We serve a wide variety of industries, but we specialize in the automotive (OEM and Tier-1) and energy industries. With over 24 years of providing construction related services we have migrated to the natural gas and energy industry. Currently we provide professional staffing services for DTE Energy's contractor labor program. Flexible Options: Our goal is to serve you however possible. We are willing to be flexible with our options and are open to alternative methods, but typically we offer three ways to hire candidates: • Direct hire – If you are looking to fill a specific position with a highly-specialized skill set, this is generally the best option. • Temp-to-hire – This allows you to see our worker’s quality firsthand during a trial period. Following the trial, you can hire the candidate with confidence. • Temporary employees–With temporary employees, we reduce your costs by taking full control over recruiting, payroll and benefits.
