Dot Pay Platform is a payment platform with aims to increase security and prevent fraud in business dealings. Issues like embezzled down payment, late payment, or no payment at all are prevalent in business society. One familiar example is in the Building & Construction Industry with a record estimated adjudicated amount in billions of dollar. Dot Pay Platform offers a payment solution for both the Consumers and Businesses by allocating money in a 'Virtual Trust/Escrow Account'(VTA). Users will have the function to create VTA directly, which can only be accessed by users (PAYER and PAYEE) forming the Trust. The VTA guarantees both the PAYER and PAYEE that money is secured and has been allocated for the particular users and cannot be withdrawn without agreement by both parties.
