Douglas McNeill Consulting Ltd (DMC), owned and operated by me (Andrew Matthews) is named after my father and grandfather, I’m originally from Nova Scotia, now based in Chelsea, Quebec. I work with companies that are helping build a sustainable future. Specifically, I support your company with commercialization, international expansion of your technology or service and site identification, investment readiness for clean energy projects (i.e: sustainable/clean fuels). Previously I took on the role of regional manager in Atlantic Canada for Fortescue Future Industries (FFI) one of the world’s leading green hydrogen companies, my role focused on the development of a proposed $5B+ project. I volunteer as an advisor for Breakthrough Energy, Foresight, Lab2Market, Holland College (cleantech academy). Clients that I've recently supported: INNO-3B - Vertical Farming: REGEN Wastewater Technology (mobile wastewater treatment)- Enersion: Next Generation Cooling Fortescue Future Industries (FFI - green hydrogen): I also have 15 years of senior management experience that spans the international marketplace, with a proven track record of building, leading companies. I have held various corporate leadership positions in challenging environments since 2003 throughout the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa including Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq and Djibouti. Including being a partner in Afghanistan’s leading engineering consulting firms. I was instrumental in helping clients in Afghanistan win over $150 million in engineering projects. I’m a highly effective communicator with great people skills along with decision-making abilities and a focus on customer needs among a diverse client base. I understand the challenges and opportunities in building a business from the ground up internationally and building sustainable partnerships.
