Be part of the Doula Evolution At Doulaing The Doula, we offer evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally-adaptable doula courses, training, and certification programs for all people. Our doula training and coursework model is specifically designed to address the learning needs of all people, from friends and loved ones hoping to offer better support during a pregnancy, to aspiring and professional doulas, and healthcare professionals looking to expand their knowledge and earn CME. Our students learn real-world doula skills from an experienced doulas with expert curriculum designed, written, and tested by Dr. Amy Gilliland, a foremost research scientist and award-winning educator who is personally invested in their learning. On top of learning about perinatal care, brain-based caregiving, and postpartum support techniques, we want our students to have an experience that leaves them feeling like a better version of themselves: more capable and more confident.
