As birth and postpartum doulas, we are specially trained to provide information, physical comfort and emotional peace of mind to parents prenatally, during labour and birth, and in the immediate postpartum period. At Doulas on Bikes, we are additionally qualified to support Hypno-Birthing parents, we use our skills with robozo and acupressure techniques for labour, and we are reliably updating and upgrading our skills. We are also birth educators! We specialize in lactation and childbirth education and offer regular workshops on various birth and parenting related topics.
