Every step is experiential, facilitating an internal shift that you can tangibly feel. It's a period of embodying your newfound existence rather than merely contemplating it. 2: By transforming Your 99%: You spend only 1% of your time with doctors or getting treatment. What about the other 99%? That's where I come in. Each day, you'll have a plan to work on your mind, body and energy instead of just waiting for your next doctor's appointment. Renowned for my direct and action-oriented approach, I guide clients through this process, expediting their journey toward wellness and sustainable equilibrium. Rather than tout a laundry list of credentials, I prefer to share my insights gleaned from life's crucibles, drawing from personal triumphs over adversity. I received a devastating diagnosis of third-stage aggressive bone cancer, accompanied by a bleak 95% probability of mortality. However, within eight months, I achieved remission. How? By crafting my own treatment regimen — a practice I've continued for the past 35 years. This has been accompanied by 9 hip replacements, 2 knee replacements and an above the knee amputation. I exclusively collaborate with a select few clients, offering specialised one-on-one programs ranging from three months to a year in duration.
