Bob has previously worked as an Engineer for the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety as well as a Fire Marshal/Building Official for the city of Quincy, WA – giving him twenty years of construction inspection experience. He mainly performs home inspections, but is able and qualified to inspect commercial buildings and churches as well. Bob prides himself on remaining honest and unbiased with every inspection, as he is not affiliated with any Real Estate offices, banks, or mortgage lenders.
