Vickie Joy started Down Home Properties after a successful career selling homes in The Villages® Community. Stacey Joy joined Down Home Properties in the fall of 2012 after a successful career in furniture sales and residential design in The Villages®. We are passionate about helping our homeowners in the care and management of their rental homes. We enjoy meeting new renters and helping them make the best of their experience.
