Downtown ROCs is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that creates economic and artistic opportunities through projects that add beauty and energy to downtown Rochester. Our mission is to revitalize downtown Rochester through transformative beautification and placemaking projects that replace blight with beauty. We partner with residents, artists, businesses, and civic leaders to unlock the potential of urban spaces, spark economic opportunities, and foster vibrant, connected neighborhoods. We enhance the quality of life in the urban core of Rochester through the development of strategic partnerships that help eliminate blight, create beautiful spaces, and empower residents and businesses to build stronger neighborhoods.
