Hi I'm Monika. thank you for visiting my page. Working in crisis management for over 18 years, I've been responding to various disruptive events affecting individuals and businesses. I've seen fires, flooding, pandemics, and even a tornado that swept through Kensal Rise on 7 December 2006. Yoga and meditation have helped me to stay calm under pressure, consider the situation and focus on the job at hand, managing the response and providing support to those affected. I trained as a yoga and meditation teacher to enable me to share the ancient wisdom with others. I use it to support others in becoming more resilient in body and mind, being able to face stressful situations in personal or work lives, release tension and find peace and calm. I work with individuals and businesses, delivering online and in person classes. I also share my knowledge and experience of business continuity planning, emergency planning and crisis management, assisting companies in enhancing their resilience and preparing for disruptive events.
