Doyle, Barlow & Mazard PLLC ("DBM") was founded in April 2006. DBM provides regulatory counseling to domestic and international companies and financial institutions seeking advice regarding private and government antitrust investigations and litigation, including merger and acquisition matters, international trade issues and a broad array of hospitality matters. Our goal is to provide personalized, high quality legal services for every client. Prior to launching DBM, we were affiliated with some of the largest law firms in the United States. Our experience is that businesses, financial institutions, government entities, and other clients do not focus on hiring hundreds of lawyers, but seek out and retain individual attorneys or small teams of attorneys with particularized skills, acknowledged expertise, and unique qualifications. At DBM, our goal is to combine our big firm experience with one-on-one attorney-client relationships that are easier to develop and maintain in a small firm environment.
