Most of the people that come through our doors leave with a smile and sense of satisfaction, many purchase a mattress or pillow on the spot, others just end up getting useful advice from the wonderful people at our stores, and some are curious enough to ask us why we started our business. Dozy started because we saw a space that needed to be filled in our city and industry. Our purpose since the very beginning has always been to help the people of Toronto have a simple and streamlined way to buy, search, and try mattresses, from a local company that cares about being honest and helpful first. We found the fine line between being an online company and a "brick and mortar" store, and we took the positives from both and combined them into an excellent hybrid of the two. We merged the convenience of online shopping with the presence of small showrooms that offer a comfortable environment to try mattresses without wasting time, energy, and resources (and where you can find knowledgable sleep experts who are there to educate instead of sell). Dozy is and will keep being your truly local mattress store and neighbour.
