Our customer service is centered around very quick response times to customer needs while providing a product that simply works. If downstream support is needed and despite whether or not a system is purchased directly from us, we will support whoever is in possession of an SGS product and will do so for the life of the product. As mentioned above, the life of an SGS product is easily 20+ years. In addition, same day shipping is a customer service priority and our customers have come to rely on that level of commitment.
