I started dp Ventures to take on various consulting projects, teaching and facilitating assignments, writing opportunities, and speaking engagements. Some of the projects I've successfully completed have included working with an executive-search firm to develop a differentiated positioning, an innovative pricing model, and a framework for growth; advising a multi-unit retailer on omnichannel best practices to evolve their brand positioning and drive significant growth; serving as a strategic advisor to an innovative dot-com startup in the sharing-economy space; helping a mid-sized international CPG company understand the eCommerce landscape and identify specific opportunities within it; establishing the optimal target audience and positioning for a robo-advisor start-up; developing and delivering a two-day workshop on Omnichannel Retail for a Fortune 100 organization; developing a two-day course on "OmniChannel Excellence: How to Win in the New World of Retail" for the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Center'; and writing several editorials for "The Message", an innovative marketing publication meant to serve as a new voice for the marketing community. I greatly enjoy solving difficult challenges for my consulting clients, and I love sharing my knowledge and experience to help people develop their skills.
