We work with operators navigating inbound acquisition interest, valuation and capital decisions, or quiet preparation for a potential exit, often months or years before a formal sale or fundraising process begins. Services include fractional strategic advisory, capital raise preparation, banker selection and process oversight, and selective full M&A execution.
