drdeborahnixon.com was founded in 2007 by Dr. Deborah, a leader in trust, leadership. development, employee assessment, executive search and coaching. My business is a natural evolution to my 20+ years research into trust, culminating in a PhD dissertation about The Role and Meaning of Trust. I integrate trust and leadership into the strategy and business processes of an organization. Trust is fundamental to all business and personal relationships. Without it, the cost of doing business increases exponentially. The dilemma: how do we ensure that our organizations are trustworthy? The starting point is always people. It takes only one person to shatter an organization’s hard-won reputation.
