Leadership Training & Change Consulting: With over 25 years of experience, I am an expert in the holistic development and change of people and organizations. As a consultant, trainer and sparring partner for HRM managers, executives, companies and public organizations, I work with my clients to develop strategies that work well, especially when complexity is high. The business world is becoming increasingly unstable. Successful strategies are built on a foundation of change and sustainability. This requires new skills in dealing with high complexity. For this path, people need companions with a lot of experience. I bring my competencies as a creative conceptionist and knowledge broker to leadership trainings, strategy and change consulting and teaching. In my work I combine empathic presence with digital accompaniment. I call this "purley analog" and "highly digital". This includes accompanying or stand-alone online courses on learning platforms. At the core, my projects are always about change, transformation and agility. I offer leadership development programs and trainings on current topics, from self-leadership, leading in change to transformation and complexity. As a consultant, I accompany change projects and strategy processes. This includes exciting strategy retreats. Very current are sustainability strategies and the topic of ambidexterity, in order to position the organization and leadership for the future.
