I believe our bodies possess an innate self healing ability, one that unfolds when you give it the right combination of inputs and remove unhelpful obstacles. The matrix of these inputs, be it lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, mindset, environment, relationships and community, will be unique to the individual. For some people, deeper healing that supports the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of their health are all-critical to their journey to complete recovery. As a mother of three who has experienced myriad health challenges due to thyroid disease and autoimmunity, I know what it’s like to battle with unrelenting tiredness, anxiety and hair loss, and generally feeling like a hindrance to your life, career and happiness. I also understand the journey needed to integrate life-transforming, sustainable changes and behaviours into a busy home and work life. It’s with this first-hand experience that I am able to support my patients in an even more intuitive and personalised way. I help empower women to live their true selves by using a whole-person in-depth approach that respects both emerging progressive science and evidence steeped in ancient wisdom. This includes functional medicine & coaching and other alternative interventions, fully tailored to the individuals needs. I also help women cut through the information overwhelm with a balanced perspective that is grounded in open-minded inquiry and observations of nature.
