Dr. Janaye Executes

With deep expertise in leadership, management and policy issues I help organizational leaders identify and change underlying causes of racial tension and bias within their organizations. I provide a safe and structured environment for individuals and teams to have tough conversations about diversity, inclusion, and equity with the goal of greater understanding and overall organizational improvement. As an academic and political scientist, I continue to help others understand sources of racial bias that exist throughout the world based upon anti-blackness. We also examine the role of politics and policy that directly and indirectly affect our nation’s citizens. With this backdrop as a starting point, plus my extensive leadership and facilitation experience, I offer interactive training sessions as well as individual coaching for organizational leaders to improve policies and the overall culture inside of their organization.
