DR Reed & Associates was founded in 2006 with a focus in decision making for water resources and environmental planning. Comprised of nearly 30 senior policy and planning experts, engineers, economists, and scientists we support all aspects and phases of environmental and water resources planning, including plan formulation; national and regional economic analysis; environmental evaluation and compliance; decision support tools such as cost-effectiveness, incremental cost analysis, tradeoff analysis, formal methods in multi-criteria decision making, risk assessment and uncertainty analysis; hydrologic modeling and evaluation; adaptive management strategies and monitoring plans; public involvement and consensus building; and interagency coordination for water resources projects and programs.
