Dr. Spiegelhoff & Associates offers clients a patient-centered partnership, to support and empower them in making informed choices about their overall mental health and wellness. Dr. Spiegelhoff evaluates clients’ identified concerns from a holistic perspective in order to create goals and realistic plans to improve overall health, achieve success and fulfill dreams. Every client is unique and it is my job to assist you through a therapeutic process of transforming pain and other emotional distress into hope, strength, positive change, and achievement. Successful outcomes are accomplished through meaningful, goal-driven conversations that provide motivation, assess overall wellness, instill hope, and create a safe space to explore oneself. Dr. Spiegelhoff specialize in holistic wellness and integrative health, identity development, teen college student mental health, and family distress. For almost 15 years, Dr. Spiegelhoff has worked with adolescents and adults, providing individual, family, and college counseling. She is a part-time faculty, teaching graduate courses for SUNY Oswego’s Counseling and Psychological Services program. She is the 2018-2019 Past President of the American Counseling Association of NY and current Historian.
