Who we are. Dracos & Efthymiou LLC is one of the most well-known law firms in Cyprus. The law office originally was founded on October 26th 1985 by Mr. Antonios Gr. Dracos & Mr. Efthymios A. Efthymiou. On the 16th of December 2008, the office became a limited liability company.
