Draegan Consulting offers the following healthcare IT management consulting services: strategic planning and solution architecture; workflow optimization and process design; project management/project coordination; and, clinical information system design, configuration, training, and implementation. In addition to our consulting services, we also host and moderate the Draegan Network. A member-based online community where healthcare technology professionals can collaborate by sharing ideas and experiences with one another without the distractions or limitations of our current email-based options or single-vendor forums. Somewhere to easily and confidently reach out to a large group of colleagues for assistance working through challenges, or to get ideas on next steps.
