We have over 10 years of experience in drawings: starting from a single-family house renovation all the way up to 70+ story residential and commercial high-rise buildings. We specialize in MEP shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, hydraulic piping and electrical conduit. Our area of expertise also includes: hydraulic calculations for sprinkler systems, J, S, T and D Manuals, calculations for ventilation and fire protection systems with stamps by licensed engineers. Every part of our projects can be consulted in accordance with NYC and NJ plumbing and ventilation codes, as well as NFPA in terms of fire protection. Fabrication lists and bill of materials for sheet metal and piping installations can be prepared. What makes us special, is the fact that we are happy to coordinate our own projects. By doing so, we can prevent any drawing conflicts, which benefits the client both in cost and time execution. The programs we work with include: AUTOCAD MEP, NAVISWORKS, REVIT and Microsoft Office.
