Dragonfly Clinic specialises in repairing sports and occupational injuries, postural therapy, Pilates and nutrition. Many clients come to us with a wide range of conditions and injuries including: Muscular and skeletal problems - strains and sprains - ligament and tendon injuries - chronic pain conditions such as back pain and arthritis. Our highly experienced team work with amateur, professional and Olympic athletes across a wide age range. Our purpose is to ensure you overcome injuries any setbacks you encounter in training, returning you to peak performance as soon as we can. We can then give you the tools to prevent further injury, improve your overall health with better strength, flexibility and increased stamina. We design programmes of sports massage, postural assessments, rehabilitation exercise, ultrasound, injury taping as well as other techniques to assist in your recovery. Our training sessions, Pilates and nutrition consultations, will give you a more thorough understanding of how your own body works and how to be as fit and healthy as you can. We also have a training club for runners and cyclists, as well as a programme of mat and studio Pilates classes in Brighton and Hove.
