Founded by Orla Berkery, with 20 years+ international experience of Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Leadership Coaching in Global Organisations and working only with fully qualified executive coaches, the team at Dragonfly Coaching apply this expertise, knowledge, skill and experience into providing a wide range of coaching programmes and supports female leaders. Our focus is on supporting senior female talent in defining and pursuing their strategic career goals, through our coaching programmes. Working with female talent to develop an authentic style of leadership enabling them to develop and grow their careers sustainably and strategically. We drive success through Diversity by partnering with forward thinking organisations, who recognise the business imperative of Inclusivity & Diversity; including the critical need for female representation at senior and C Suite level. With BPS (British Psychological Society) qualified coaches, we offer a range of tailored programmes, one to one coaching and assessments (including EQ-i 2.0). We provide a consultative, supportive and confidential set of services enabling female talent to gain deeper insights and clarity as to their career challenges and ambitions and develop the skills to further their careers with an authentic and distinctive leadership style.
