Cordelia Grant is the lead consultant, facilitator and coach at Dragony Coaching, she has over fteen years experience as a professional coach. Even before this however she had an exceptionally successful twenty year career with one of the UK’s largest retailers, rising from sales oor to senior management. This culminated in an internal leadership and cultural change program which yielded exceptional results, after which she elected to return to a store role to see that the results made a direct impact on the ground. It was this program that inspired her coaching journey and Cordelia has pursued her passion and skill for helping others to be their best ever since. Her work has taken her from Europe and the United States to Africa and the Middle East where she has led, designed and delivered leadership programmes for senior managers and directors, one to one and group coaching as well as facilitation, team building and consultancy services across many sectors including FMCG, service industries, oil and gas and banking. Dragony tailors each and every one of its programs, but the values that run through them all are those which Cordelia herself considers most fundamental: integrity, recognition and partnership. Dragony’s philosophy when working with clients is simple. Our mission is to work with each team or individual to a point at which they no longer have a need of our services. When Cordelia makes herself redundant within the organisation, Dragony’s work is done. Cordelia has the ability to maintain open perception even when working to address pre- determined specic aims and or goals. This allows her to uncover underlying issues that impact the aims and goals that her clients have targeted. This ability to get to the core of the supercial manifestations of issues is renowned, even amongst coaches and consultants that have worked alongside her.
