Draken Watches

Draken is a boutique watch company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We create serious tool watches for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers, with a focus on original design. The brand derives it's name for the Drakensberg mountains in South Africa, a landscape that is both beautiful, and rugged. We attribute the same qualities to the watches we make. Our first watch, the Tugela, drew inspiration from the parts of this region, with the tapering case profile similar to the Protea flower. Zulu beadwork influenced the shapes of the indices of the dial.
