Our targeted partners: • Property Owners • Developers - commercial and residential • Home Builders - multifamily, single family (attached, detached, for rent, for sale) • Capital Partners Our scope of services: • New Deal Sourcing – locate and structure the acquisition of new properties for development. • Property Due Diligence / Feasibility Analysis – market analysis, budgeting and scheduling, financial underwriting, zoning and code review, site planning and density studies, engineering review, environmental review, wet and dry utility capacity studies, and governmental agency outreach. • Entitlements / Permitting – lead the entire entitlement and permitting process, from initial conceptual design through final approvals, including design, engineering consultant team selection and oversight. • Development / Construction – Manage the full lifecycle of the development and construction process, from entitlements and permitting, through full build-out, stabilization and disposition. As a goal-driven, highly accomplished Senior Executive with over 25 years of experience, I have built a reputation for success in acquisition and development, and I use this experience to personally manage all aspects of DRC Realty Partners. I pride myself on my extensive background leading the full lifecycle of development and construction for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
