DRD Consulting, Inc, and its new division, DRD Practice Management Division, provide high value strategic development and revenue enhancement services to small to medium sized professional businesses. DRD consultants will support clients through a process that includes an honest assessment of the current state of the business, a planning discussion to assess the future desired state, a gap analysis, development of an improvement plan, selection of appropriate metrics and ongoing follow up to support successful growth. Tools include management assessment and executive coaching and mentoring to support professional business owners. Many professionals, including physicians and attorneys, are well trained and experienced in the technical aspects of their profession, but have limited training, experience, and occasionally interest or talent in business process. Most businesses, including professional practices, with a strategic plan and proper metrics outperform those that don't have these tools in place, and many don't have them. DRD consultants can fix those gaps in an efficient and cost effective manner. Process and technology have become critical areas for professional businesses, and are not traditional areas of strength.
