DreamGiving was born to support the charity fund-raising activities of talented individuals. The idea started with the heroes of the sporting world in mind. Today, DreamGiving works with stars across all sectors to enhance the financial impact of their philanthropic endeavours. After years of working with sporting talent, Ben Lambourne, founder of DreamGiving, saw the remarkable goodwill that these sports personalities had for their causes. Ben also witnessed the huge demands on their time. Yet it has often proven difficult to measure the financial impact of a celebrity endorsing a charity, for example by simply turning up to an event. At the same time, Ben was also approached regularly by individuals keen to have an opportunity to spend time with their sporting heroes, either by participating in whichever sport they are so great at, or by experiencing something unique with them. It was from such encounters that DreamGiving was born. DreamGiving’s mission is to both maximise the fund-raising impact of the time philanthropic-minded stars dedicate towards their charitable causes, as well as offer charities new and exciting ways to work with their high-profile ambassadors.
