The DreamTeam was founded in 1994 as one of Cleveland's most recognized real estate teams in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The team began with an administrative assistant, 2 listing specialists, and 2 selling specialists, along with Julius Cartwright for a total of six individuals. The DreamTeam was one of the few real estate teams that existed in Cleveland at that time. The DreamTeam operated inside of a brokerage called WE Jones & Associates in 1994 and in DreamTeam Realty, Inc.(DreamTeam) was officially created as a real estate brokerage. Since DreamTeam became a REOs Brokerage that started in 1998 becoming a Fannie Mae Direct Broker and maintains that book of business for 17 years concluding in 2015 when the market begins shift resulting in the decline of foreclosed properties (also referred to as REOs). In addition, DreamTeam has been involved in numerous new construction projects: Central Commons (Cleveland project), Chateau of Emerywoods (Warrensville Heights project), and a host of builders and developers such as Rysar properties, Ryan Homes, Blossom Homes, Pulte, Orlean Company and many other builders throughout the city, just to name a few. Since 1995, DreamTeam has negotiated land acquisition transactions for major development projects in the inner city of Cleveland, most recently the Upper Chester Project with the Finch Group and NPI across from Cleveland Clinic. DreamTeam was founded on the foundation of assisting the 1st time homebuyers and helping them understand the value of discovering the American Dream. This quest has not stopped and will continue to be at the forefront and the foundation of the Company’s vision. DreamTeam is on the brink of its 21st anniversary in May 2021 and we look forward to bringing a renewed energy to the marketplace for 1st Time Homebuyers, New Construction, and Real Estate Investors. We have survived the real estate market dive and the debacle that happened in the real estate industry.
