Driving Foreward

We work with our military and first responders in order to help in the battle against Operational Stress Injuries. Our unique and innovative program was created by first responders/military, for first responders and military to bridge the gap between being injured and seeking help. Using recreational therapy and sport to teach and enhance mindfulness and resiliency techniques to those who experience trauma at an exponentially higher rate than the average citizen. In the words of our participants,"recreation is RE-CREATION," and "these clinics should be taken by anyone that is in a front-line, high-stress role."
