With 34 years experience as a professional drummer, Leo has spent a lifetime building and unbuilding kits, playing around with making drum kits resonate and just plain work better. He’s also a talented craftsman with an eye for design. And while every demo kit we create at DrumMax has Leo’s aesthetic, he’s also adept at translating the designs our customers request so that their drums are even better and more “them” than even they envisioned. In our home office, you’ll find Leo’s wife, Susan Baroncini-Moe, Chief Business Geek. Susan handles the boring business and marketing stuff and calling suppliers and cracking skulls to make sure your drums make their way to you as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality.
