We started business in late January of 2021 with the mission of creating the most personable, customized, and accessible physical therapy practice on the market. DRVN PT & Wellness has a unique business model suited to providing patients care in the comfort of their homes rather than in a standalone clinic. Our model allows us to operate in a one-on-one setting with our patients for the entire duration of their plan of care. Additionally, our patients do not have to worry about their care being passed on to lesser qualified support personnel. Offering in-home outpatient physical therapy for musculoskeletal and orthopedic patients has proven to show superior outcomes and create lasting patient/therapist relationships. We have developed a keen understanding of how to make significant differences in the way our patients live their lives.
