I'm Alana, owner and founder of AS Business Support. I specialize in providing expert Virtual Assistant services to individuals and organisations around the world. I started my career many years ago when I began working as an operations manager for the European leader of bagels. I worked in the sales industry for approximately six years and feel fortunate enough to have been consistently recognized as one of the top performing sales person in the region. I achieved a real sense of satisfaction by achieving sales targets and hold some fantastic memories of working in the industry. However, later in my career, I ventured into the world of human ressources and advertisement. It was certainly different to what I was used to. but I loved it! Within five years, I had lead multiple projects from building an HR Department from scratch, being the head of recruitment for a leading e-commerce company and implementing a whole new digital HR strategy in Dubai, UAE.
