Every person in the team is an approved tutor and assessor for these. To support this we also understand the principles of employment law, compliance and legal requirements when managing people. Recruiting the right people for the role is essential in business today and we offer guidance and training on recruitment and interview skills. And if your managers have had little experience of managing people, we also offer training and coaching on managing performance issues, building a successful team and managing difficult conversations. But what about the rest of your team! We do understand that not everyone in an organisation is the manager! Having worked with SME and Corporate organisations has given us an understanding of the challenges staff can face day to day.
